Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

  Pack the Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, including all tags and the completed return form.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
